Shogotei is an udon and soba restaurant that makes its own
noodles. There are many places that make their own noodles,
but this is a unique place where the owner grows and harvests
wheat and buckwheat in the field, mills it, and makes the
noodles for udon and soba by hand. They've been making noodles
this way for 11 years.
